Our vision is to index how talent around the globe is thinking about compensation, company culture and skills in real-time. The goal is to use those insights to provide participants with meaningful connections, opportunities and education.

Metaworks was born out of the frustration that the existing talent market is challenging for talent and companies to navigate through. It is dynamic, untransparent, biased and many of the available insights are heavily skewed towards corporations. Existing company structures don’t accommodate top talent and require a different approach to work.

An approach that is decentralized, community-led and trustless. Metaworks aims to create a better and open talent market. Our vision is to index how talent around the globe is thinking about company culture, compensations and skills in real-time, and use those insights to provide our members with meaningful connections, opportunities and education. We offer a thriving community for everyone that wants to advance their career.

Originally founded by Ivan, Peter and Leslie, Metaworks is home to many differently talented individuals from all around the world with backgrounds in engineering, web3, HR, graphics, sales and more.
