Metaworks is an invite only community for individuals who would like to advance their careers. Metaworks does not have a centralized authority and is governed by its community members. It provides advanced network opportunities, crowdsourced salary information and exclusive company insights, which is data compiled from every community member.

How was Metaworks born?

Metaworks was born out of a need to create a community where participants can build, provide, learn and earn for services while governing growth without a central authority.

What is the difference between Metaworks and other career networks?

Metaworks is an exclusive community on Discord that is run and governed by its participants without a central authority. Members have full-ownership of the platform and are incentivized with a potential upside by contributing and curating to improve the community and its members. Our community values privacy, inclusivity and strives for full digital ownership. Members are free to stay anonymous.

We will leverage an existing token. In a true DAO spirit, we will let the community decide on which one to use

Your privacy is of the highest importance. You can create an anonymous profile on Discord

How does Metaworks make money?

At this moment Metaworks does not make any revenue. The community will decide what potential business models look like. We are building different incentive mechanisms to reward contributors for curating, improving and promoting the network.

How do I get access to the exclusive salary information and advanced compensation reports?

You need to be invited and become a part of the Metaworks community. Afterwards you would have the opportunity to anonymously share your salary information which makes you eligible to query the salary information database

What is the relation between Metaworks and crypto?

Metaworks is an autonomous organization governed by the participants and embracing the principles of meritocracy. The properties of cryptocurrencies and the web 3.0 movement offer excellent tools for capturing and distributing value within Metaworks
